Tick Tock is a character with a mysterious past and no memories of his true parents but what if I told you that he is a alternate version of Booker's daughter from Bioshock Infinate? You may think I'm crazy now but wait a while and read. So we know that there are maltipule universe in Bioshock Infinate so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to say that there is one or two universes where Anna is born a male so that does happen and Comestock tries to steal the Anna of that universe but in the commotion shoots his alternate self killing him but in Booker's final moments he saves his child by using his last ounces of strangh to pull him away from Comestock. Booker dies knowing full well that his son may find a family of his own away from Comestock. Than the twins come in and know even if they travel across dimensions Comestock will stop at nothing to get the now fatherless Andrew(Anna's male conterpart) so they change his appearance by changing his hair color and pass him off as one of the twin's son and the others nephew. But some time when Andrew was three Comestock found him and tried to take him back to raise as his own. The twins fearing that he would grow in Colombia open a portal to Equestia and take Andrew to Nighers where they give him the new name Tick Tock. Tick Tock is taken in by Lionheart and rised in the refugee town but that incident with Comestock when he was a baby changed him in more ways than one. Firstly the portal changed his mental copacity and the twins desire to invent was a trait he has from the fact he was raised by them. But the portal also gave him powers not to different from Elizibith's powers in Bioshock Infinate but instead of seeing into other dimensions he sees through time itself. That also could be why the TARDIS choose him to be Doctor's second companion. It saw that Tick Tock had powers no pony else had and saw him as vital. Remember the TARDIS has a mind all it's own and often acts on its own will rather than the doctor's. But this it just a theory. Leave you thoughts in the replies below.
